Class begins with a focus on the breath. That experience leads to an integration of bones, muscles, nerves, and organs.
Then we move through exercises that I have found the most consistently transformative. These movements model spirals and figure eights∞ to organize the torso and the limbs. To end the class, we will chant to vibrate the chakras. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I taught online classes in breathwork and movement. It was amazing to develop the ability to offer insights on the computer.
