Online sessions offer pathways to reduce pain by gently, but clearly, reshaping physical and mental habits. I like to begin by focusing on the breath, guiding you to encounter your embodied self at microscopic and global levels. These journeys are core practices that repair your nervous system on deep levels. The result is typically a return to feeling grounded and happy to be alive.
Then, based on your goals, I will tailor exercises and build a daily practice with you for vitality and ease. I will demonstrate and make sure you understand how the skeletal joints work in space and how to avoid strain by adjusting your tone.
You will leave with new coordination for use in everyday movements such as sitting, walking, or standing. Sometimes, if it feels right for you, we will move or dance playfully to help the body remember its freedom and flow.

First, we discuss what is happening for you. As I have many different pathways to offer, our conversation gives me cues on how to begin. If pain relief is the goal, then resetting the nervous system is a great first step in releasing built-up tension.
I don't focus on the problem; instead, I support the body's health and vitality. Often, we begin by using a gentle, healing touch to listen deeply to what is going on. This offers new ways of perceiving and coordinating the body-mind self that are beyond words.
In the second half of the session, we move, exploring and understanding how to get organized for vitality and ease. I choose specific, simple, transformative exercises, and we do them together—taking the time necessary to enjoy where we find ourselves. My goal is to start each client on a path — a practice that is unique and enjoyable enough to inspire them to use the work every day.
